Connecticut River Capital is a vertically integrated, private real estate investment firm focusing on commercial real estate assets throughout the Northeast. The firm’s investment strategy centers on deep industry knowledge, a focus on strong niche markets, off-market deal sourcing, downside protection, and active asset management.

Connecticut River Capital is actively seeking value-add and opportunistic investments in Northeast real estate with $500K - $5 million of pro forma net operating income. Years of investing in real estate, enhanced by our expertise in managing real estate assets, have given us the experience to identify, acquire and stabilize under-managed assets and maximize returns to investors. We diligently seek out attractive risk-adjusted returns and are comfortable with adaptive reuse and development projects that command outsized returns.
