Geoff Colla
|
Geoff Colla founded Connecticut River Capital in 2011 after moving back to Northern New England with his family. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's investing, asset management and operating activities. Prior to founding CTR, Geoff was a Director at Bay Grove Capital, a private equity firm based in San Francisco, where he was part of a small team that started what is now Lineage Logistics, the largest cold storage company in the world. Prior to Bay Grove, Geoff was an Associate at Starwood Capital Group, a large real estate private equity fund manager which has been involved in putting together Equity Residential, iStar Financial, Starwood Hotels and other large real estate investment vehicles. While at Starwood, he executed real estate transactions valued at over $1 billion and evaluated debt and equity deals across the residential and commercial asset classes. Geoff started his career with Morgan Stanley, both in New York and Menlo Park, where he focused on leveraged finance and covering the oil & gas, energy and healthcare industries. He is a director of Access Health Dental and past director of Nevada Dental Benefits, Ltd. Geoff is a graduate of Dartmouth College and of St. Paul’s School.

Jason Raichle

Jason Raichle joined CTR in 2016 and oversees the firm's asset management efforts. Before joining CTR, Jason was a Vice President of privately-held multifamily investor, The Wishcamper Companies where he was instrumental in executing new acquisition and redevelopment opportunities, and asset managing its portfolio of 10,000 apartment units. Prior to Wishcamper, Jason spent seven years at KTR Capital Partners, a $5.9 billion real estate private equity firm. While at KTR he worked in both investment and asset management roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Asset Management directly overseeing an 8 million square foot portfolio valued at over $500 million. Jason began his career in Morgan Stanley’s Private Client Group, and was later an Equity Research Associate at State Street Research & Management in Boston where he assisted in managing a $5 billion small cap value portfolio. Jason graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance.

Tom Yurkosky
|
Tom Yurkosky started a financial consulting business in 2014 after having spent over thirty years in public accounting and private industry. He has served as a CFO and Controller at several companies, including fifteen years at the Lyme Timber Company and its affiliate Lyme Properties. Tom is a CPA and a CGMA and brings a wealth of experience working both with real estate operating entities and limited partnership investment structures. He began working with CTR in 2012 and has been heavily involved in overseeing the accounting functions for the firm's investments. Tom is active on several local not for profit boards and is a graduate of the University of Hartford.
